super friendly. Room was beautiful and clean. The Harbor view was great! Fireplace was so nice to have for the cool evening. There were no coffee cups provided in room and there was a left over coat in the closet left by the previous occupant. We were able to go down to the office and get additional towels and coffee cups. The fridge was super noisy and the walls are thin. Dogs were allowed on our floor, so we heard the dogs barking all night. Beautiful place but not as quite as we'd hope. Would

Only downside was being called 3 or 4 times for different reasons. I paid 1800 bucks for 2 rooms for 2 nights, didnt think I needed to be inconvenienced so much. I will of course still be back in the future because it is our favorite location on earth!! ;) Stayed
