"TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered some paints on 7th August and was told I'd receive a phone call scheduling the delivery. Waited for a full week before I was told it will be delivered on the 16th, so I took a date off to wait for the delivery. Then I was notified on delivery day that due to their "internal logistics issue" i have to wait another 3 days for my paints. Ridiculous. It's only until I got upset that they agreed to deliver it on the next day. Their customer service is terrible and patronizing without providing solutions to the problem or have any intentions of retaining customers. I will not make anymore purchases from them again and I advise against anyone who wants to as well."
