This school is full of wonderful people. There a lot of students from all over the world with a brilliant personalities. If you don’t fit in, they will help you to fit in and succeed. A lot of students from economically successful social groups in the third college generation. I witnessed freshmen who drive Maserati and Tesla. Some professors are incredible, polite and have a tendency to like all of their students and
treat them like if they were their kids. The parking lots are great. You be late for 30 minutes before classes and always find a free spot. I’m so glad I graduated from that place. Beaches are nearby and it’s a beach life. If I will ever have kids, I will send them to CSULB instead of sending them to an expensive private college where they can experience bad influence from spoiled classmates or toxic environment of faculty and administration. Don’t hesitate and Go Beach!

I love this school! There are so much diversity that one can interact with, along with
the numerous clubs that is offered by students themselves on campus. Even if it may be a commuter school, as those traveling across the land to reach this school, it is to no doubt that this school is worth going for upcoming college students. As a upcoming fourth-year college student pursuing in Psychology, I have tremendously love commuting to this school as it gives me a sense of community. On behalf of the school’s demographics of diversity, there are a multitude of racial and ethnic
diversity that makes this school stand out in comparison to other surrounding schools/university. It makes the college experience feel like a college experience! Even as it may be difficult to actually be accepted into this prestigious school, make known that this school is one of the top universities by far in California that one would pursue. All-in-all, this is the best school that I had chosen to pursue.
The campus is beautiful and pretty easy to get around, after a few walks around you won't get lost. The students are approachable and it's easy to make friends, the professors are great but like any campus there can be some exceptions. I would definitely recommend using everything you already pay for in your tuition to your advantage. There are many
tutoring opportunities, if you need tutoring or want to be a tutor, there's the recreation center, it's great for exercise, there is so much you could do, there's even a bowling alley! Besides all the more exciting things on campus there are also several great study areas on campus, including the library, the Horn center and even outside on the grass or a table. Overall, Long Beach has a great environment and many opportunities for students to feel supported, appreciated and
successful.
