I have been using this product since I graduated from the university 18 years ago and could afford it so I can confidently say....I know this product well.This one came without the usual wrapping ( there is usually a transparent wrap that you have to practically battle to tear apart to get into the product. It was missing). It's smell was suspect. It didn't have the usual viscosity....fluid moisturizing effect and general feel it usually has. I am scared to use it. I was shocked and not happy. 1st time am getting something of this nature from Amazon.

The product is fine but the delivery is out of control. I can't change the amount or frequency of shipments. Although it is stated that canceling is possible at any time, that's not true. An email arrives saying another shipment is on its way. Do you want to adjust the delivery? I click on manage your order and receive the message "can't access". I don't use this product as often now but I am unable to change any of the amounts or frequency of delivery. Very frustrating

absolutely love this moisturizer. I purchased this WAY back in January on the 15th 2019. It is now April 21st 2019 and I STILL have lots of product left.
It seems like it’s not a lot for $55 but trust me, it is.
I use it all the way at the end of my makeup routine before I put on my dark spot corrector. A little goes a VERY long way - I use a very tiny swoop on the top of my finger.
Keep in mind, I also put a LOT of product on my skin BEFORE I get to the final step of this moisturizer so
I can get away with only using a very very small amount. If you are just looking for face moisturizer without putting any kind of serums or oils on your face beforehand this product will go much sooner than 6-7 months. I add two serums, three oils (mixed together) AND do a sheet mask every other day to keep my skin properly moisturizer and then use this every night so that’s why I can get by using literally like 1/8th a teaspoon maybe less than that even.
It’s listed on the subscribe and save which is really nice, but honestly I still have probably 2-3 more months of product left and I use this every morning and every night. You don’t need a lot, it spreads well, smells good and leaves my skin soft and supple.

I started using this product when I was twenty and I have never found a better product. A senior now, I look about 10 years younger than my age. Genetics and sun protection probably get the majority of credit, but I think this product deserves an Oscar for it's supporting role.

I love this product... but you can get this same product for cheaper elsewhere if you google it. That being said, I have used this product since my junior year of high school almost 10 years ago and it has preserved my face from that year. I’m not kidding I still look 17. Before this cream I use to get huge red blotches on my face and psoriasis— But since then I rarely get outbreaks. I don’t wear much makeup anymore because this lotion hydrates my skin so well, makeup just covers up my naturalness. I wear this cream more often during the day but I have started to use it at night too. It is a thicker cream which did take me time to get use to, but worth it!!! The heaviness feels like you’re wearing makeup. When I first started dating my boyfriend he said it smelled like balloons, but I rarely smell it so it doesn’t bother me. This product is pretty amazing and I haven’t had any problems with my orders. Thank you Elizabeth Arden for creating this incredible lotion!

I thought that a company like Elizabeth would make a cream that smelled like lilac or rose...or something nice. I don't know what the fragrance is...but it smells more like a foul medicine.

Unfortunately I have ordered 3 bottles Since I finished my last jar of this cream yesterday,.I opened the first jar today -more than a month since I placed the order.The cream smells terrible and stings when I applied it to my face.I do not know whether it has gone off or is a fake.I have one opened and 2 unopened jars.Love to know from amazon whether I can return these fake or out of date products.I was tempted by the low price

Thought straight away something was not right with this item. I have used it for years but the usual, thought the price was a great bargain at half price. It was missing the cellophane wrapping. The box was really difficult to open without tearing. The information leaflet was different from the original E. Arden leaflet felt cheap and was not identical. The jar looked the same but when opened it had a
different smell ( I had a jar of E. A. to compare with), the plastic jar seal that should sit on top of the opened jar would
not slip out of lid the way it should have done, with ease and no need to try and pull it out.
My advice do not buy.

Sorry everybody, but I don't agree with the five star ratings. This cream is as weak in application as it is in texture and does little to replenish. After using it, my skin soon felt dry again and certainly did not improve its condition. For all you fellow face cream goddesses, like me, who need such a product to work, then, look at the cheaper ones. I find L'Oreal pretty good, they seem to cater for the discerning customer. But at the end of the day, it comes down to what you find is good for you. We all have different skin types.

Wow love this. Really helped with my puffy eyes. Under eye area was getting a bit worse for wear. Thinning and wrinkly. I'm 46 so wasnt happy. This cream improved my under eye skin within a few days. I do drink alot of water and eat healthy but insomnia plays havoc with my skin so this really helps. Will be buying again
