service Upon checking in, I was given a room key so I went up to the room to find out there were people already in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask about this it turns out they gave my room away to someone with the same last name. The lady at the front desk did not due her job properly by checking ID for the others that checked in with the last name as I did nor did she check my ID when I checked in. When trying to find me a room
the ladies at the front did not seem to care that they had messed up nor were the sorry for the mix up. They offered me an upgraded room only after telling me they had a single king left (I had 3 other people with me). Very poor service and poor procedures when coming into the hotel. Will not be recommending this hotel to friends or staying in it again. Stayed 2 nights in Oct 20222/5 Poor
