This is one of the best hotels in the US. The staff is wonderful and they go all out to ensure guests are cared for in any and every way possible. This place is clean and comfortable. Parking is inside - that was very important since I was here in the horrible freezing conditions. I was warm, the car was safe. It was quiet. The staff printed maps for me that I had forgotten to print. I just love the staff. I love the comfort and security. I'm an old lady and these things are important to me when I'm traveling alone.

The property felt safe and clean. Didn't appreciate the valet parking fee, especially since there was no valet for two of my three day stay.

My kids and I we not able to sleep do to the cockroach problem this hotel has, we have no choice to stay here do to bad weather witch this is the reason why we stay in a hotel in the first place.

I liked that it was convenient to downtown Chattanooga. I also loved Rodizio bar and grill. The staff and food were exceptional at Rodizios. The staff at the hotel could have been more friendly and accommodating. We paid for valet parking and there was nobody on staff to get our car. My husband had to get it himself. Also, the shower leaked. Our beds were never made and the maid wasnt very friendly that came by and got our dirty towels. Some staff were friendly but overall the service could have been better. You felt like they were there to just hang out. Did not feel like a fine hotel with exceptional service.
