How is it working at chick fil a

I worked at 3 different Chick-fil-As in 3 years during high school. It was a great first job and I never wanted to leave. I started out as a team member, eventually making it to a Shift leader. Everyone is so friendly, best job ever

It is an exceedingly great job, providing amazing hospitality and employee satisfaction. We base our job around helping guests, trying to create the most positive impact on the customers.

I liked the opportunity to grow in the company and how growth was encouraged. However, I feel the environment was generally stressful and the hours were very late. I think it's important to prioritize employees to some extent. Multiple of my coworkers passed out and kept working on the job.

I love it here, everybody is nice to me nobody brings people down, we all respect each other. I love the managers and my teammates they are what make my day better. The customers love us and we love them. I’m an Ace at everything there so they made me a shift lead! I’m so happy and excited, I’m finally doing it and it feels nice! I love the chicken especially the spicy sandwich , fruit cup, and chicken tortilla soup it’s super good! I’m excited to see what’s next!

I like the environment of working here because the workers are very uplifting toward each other and nobody is trying to drag you down.

I worked at a Chick-Fil-A in northern Chicago. I was not trained on anything and was thrown into every position, expected to perform as if I knew what I was doing and in fact, I did not. I worked the drive through line in below freezing temperatures multiple times. While it was a tough experience and I did not learn skills related to Chick-Fil-A per say, I learned how to speak to an employer who already made up their mind about me before seeing my work ethic. I learned my value in the working world. I learned how to speak to adults in a respectful yet firm tone to stand up for myself in order to not be walked on. I also made a few bucks in the process. Will I ever work at a Chick-Fil-A establishment again, absolutely not. But did I learn valuable lessons that will carry me in life? You bet I did.

I had a great experience working at Chick-fil-A! I worked there for 3 years and I was a team leader for two of those years. It was a tough job for sure, but I learned so much and it helped me figure out what major I wanted to be.

In my six years at Chick-fil-A, I have had a remarkable experience. I have learned so much and have had the opportunity to grow in ways I never thought possible. Career development, character development, and pursuing higher education is encouraged at Chick-fil-A and for that I am thankful. It is a very giving company and takes care of its employees. Our motto is: "Take good care of each other." My hope is to become an Owner/Operator in the years to come. In pursuing my Masters degree, I hope Chick-fil-A gives me the opportunity to own my own franchise and serve the community around me that I love so much.

Hands down the worst job I have ever had. Constantly felt the consequences of the companies exploitative policies at the restaurant that I worked at. I had applied and was initially hired as a front of house worker only to be changed to a back of house kitchen worker on my first day, I suspect that it had to do something with the color of my skin as they exclusively had fairer skinned young women work with customers. The work was physically demanding and I did hurt my back from the nature of the work. Employees were treated like dogs by management and the owner was a fan of certain racist conservative political pundits from which I could infer his worldview and opinions. The only reason I stayed for the time that I did was because it fit with my class schedule and was close to home. I would strongly recommend anyone considering employment at the establishment to apply elsewhere as like with most fast food franchises, the company exploits their workers for shareholder profits.

I have had an excellent time working for Chick-fil-A. One of the greatest quick service restaurants by far!

I love chick-fil-a breakfast they have the best egg and cheese English muffins and hash browns. From time to time I usually get a cherry coke with light ice and I believe they have the best cherry coke it’s always so fresh and quenches my thirst. The wrap is also really good, side salad I love how they use the greener lettuce, and their cookies and cream milkshakes are really good as well. Oh and I also love their mac and cheese & tortilla soup but I think I always have to get a large size because it’s less spicy lol and I love their granola parfait. My son also loves it too! If you use the mobile app you can earn points for a different selection of foods and I think that is cool.

working for chick-fil-a has been a wonderful experience, it is a job that I have truly grown at in a variety of ways. Professionally and personally. They are a job that truly care for you. That want to see you grow and succeed. This has been different from my previous jobs where they did not really care for you or what you did. But here, they build relationships with you and care about you and your life. Working here has been a tremendous blessing in my life.

I used to love working for Chick-fil-a before my LDS mission. The people were friendly, the work was fast-paced, and there was little stress. After returning home from my LDS mission, I started working for Chick-fil-a again. I was expecting the same environment but was disappointed to find that the management had changed for the worse. They started playing favorites and placed unnecessary amounts of stress on the employees. It's gotten to the point where I have searched for employment elsewhere. Hopefully this is an issue isolated to the location I worked for.

Honestly, the management could use some work but that’s individual to each particular restaurant. But what I’ve gained from the experience is a restaurant that builds character and shapes leaders for the future.

It was a great place to learn skills in the work place such as teamwork and customer service. It is fast paced which I liked. However the attitudes of the workers were very much of high schoolers trying to be popular, a bit toxic. The job was fine, hard in the drive thru during summer heat and we can't get tips.

AMAZING. I LOVE HOW EVERYTHING IS DONE. THE FOOD IS EXCEPTIONAL, THERE ARE FRIENDLY COWORKERS, AND THE BENEFITS ARE GREAT. I WORKED HERE AS A STUDENT AND NOW I COME TO VISIT AS A CUSTOMER. IF IT COULD GIVE ANY HIGHER STARS, I WOULD!!!

Work ethic is nice, founded on some questionable notions. Pay is great! Love the environment, but not to great for vegetarians/ vegans in terms of employee meals.
