Why can't I set up hotspot on my iPhone?

If you can't find or turn on Personal Hotspot, check that your wireless carrier enabled it and that your wireless plan supports it. Restart the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot and the other device that needs to connect to Personal Hotspot. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.

How do you set up a personal hotspot?

Or navigate to Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile Hotspot and toggle it on. A pop-up window will appear, where you can find the Wi-Fi password for devices that want to connect. To turn on tethering on a Moto Z4 running Android Pie, navigate to Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering.
