JOIN OUR CLASSES! Are you ready for pure joy, peace, and love? Let’s do this. A few things to know about our fantastic classes.

Our classes are each designed for able bodied folks. Our teachers can adapt and modify, so please share with the faculty if you have an injury or a disability. We are a welcome all people at Lotus House and honor you as you are. We have no tolerance for hate, violence, racism, homophobia, tansphobia, or any other gross behavior and reserve the right to dismiss anyone for those reasons. We have showers at the studios. You must preregister for every class at Lotus House, this ensures your space in yoga, cycle, sculpt, and pilates. To avoid an $18 late cancel fee, you must cancel 12 hours before class start time. Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts to ensure your spot in class.

Yoga School 200 HR

This is your first step towards a deeper liberation, leadership, and inner peace. Over 500 students have gone through our program, we would love for you to join our incredible family. After 13 years, we know the invaluable nature of the 200 hour curriculum.
