Delivery & assembly
For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.
For delivery and assembly charges, kindly check in store for rates.
Please ensure that your purchase is delivered and assembled correctly and your order is complete. Any claim regarding shortages, damaged or defective goods must be made within three working days to our Customer Service Team.
Delivery time
At BoConcept, we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.
For all indent orders, the estimated delivery date given to you is an approximate and is given in good faith. If it is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible, however, we cannot accept any liability for consequential losses as a result.
When your order is available for delivery you will be contacted by our Delivery Planner. You will be offered the first available delivery slot. If this is unsuitable, another mutually convenient time will be arranged.
For all items in stock, delivery must be taken within one month from the date of purchase.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept returns for items which are in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery or collection.
We do not accept any cancellation of orders and all monies paid will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
No changes or alterations to the original order can be accepted after two working days from the order date.

We work hard to ensure that all of our products are of highest quality, but in case there are any issues with the products you’ve received; please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. We will assess your claim as fast as we can and if valid, replace, repair or refund the product depending on the issue.

Pet OwnerBob T.I know people will appreciate the questions I had before buying. 1. Will the pet hair get in the storage area? Yes, I have a cat and the fluff gets in. Mostly up by the headboard, in the corners. The base is covered pretty good by the sheets and comforter. My matress is like an inch or two narrower than my older queen, so a wider queen might keep it out better. It's easy enough to raise the platform and vacuum whatever gets in there out. 2. Is there a floor in the storage area, or is it just the floor surface of the room? It's just a drop in that consists of three panels that are about as thick as cardboard, but much more ridged. The only other things I'll say is It's taller, and my cat needs steps to get on the bed now (he's old and fat). It looks great, matches the dressers I bought like 10 years ago perfectly. I put it together in 2 or 3 hours using a drill where applicable. You'll hit your toe on it a few times for sure, until you appreciate it more.5

TornGladysI was apprehensive to purchase such an expensive item to me because of the fear of quality and assembly. After reading reviews and watching a couple of assembly videos on youtube I decided to take the plunge. Well after spending several hours I putting the bed together, one of the hydrolic lifts isn't working properly. The lift got bent or something because now everytime I lift the bed, the fan thing gets stuck and makes a cracking noise and I am afraid that over the thing might break. There is no possibility that I am taking this bed apart to return, it would take double the work for no real compensation because I really want this bed I just need the hydrolic to work properly.3

I wish the bottom ofLEENAI wish the bottom of the storage was more than three thin boards. They are lying on the floor without any connection to the main frame of the bed. I do however like the quality of the bed frame.4

Love the extra storageTerrieWe bought this bed because of the storage, which is great! This bed wasn’t too difficult to put together, took a little time. We separated the pieces before starting, got everything laid out and organized so it went smoother. Love having the extra storage. One con, platform bed so sometimes we hit our foot on the bottom. It’s not to difficult to lift the bed up and down. I think it’s a little pricey but we bought two because of the storage. We bought the first one November 2021, The second one, we bought in May 2022 and it had gone up in price 100.00.5
We were sad our bedMarieWe were sad our bed was out of stock! As we’re heading to the registers we stopped into the As-Is section and they had the bed frame win the color and size we needed! Turns out when you buy as-is you have dismantle! We made it through took us about an hour with many onlookers and one sweet customer that helped! The next day we assembled the frame and it went together perfectly!!! My daughter loves all the storage and how easy it is to raise up!!!5
Practical!PAULMy bed was pushed against the wall so drawers storage were not possible. This bed with pull up mattress storage is a perfect and practical solution. The only drawback is hard to reach my stuffs closed to the headboard because of limited head room.5
