Pros: Room size was GREAT!! Balcony looking over the river was nice. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was large and the shower was nice. We always hot water available. The price was fabulous.
Cons: I only had one issue with the stay. Our bathroom was not clean and the sleeper sofa had a dirty mattress cover at check in.

Pros: Location is good. Very closed to the park. It is at the edge of the town but about 10 minutes walk can take you to the downtown central area. Breakfast is good too. Room is spacious.
Cons: Fridge is not clean. Wifi was down for a day but it’s not the hotel’s fault. The internet provider had some issues and it affected the area not just this hotel.

Cons: Not enough parking available. My daughter and I have health and walking issues so I parked in an undesignated parking place because there were no more spots open. The night manager had another employee make me move so he could park there. He stayed in his car all night on a tablet and not in the office. I thought that was very rude and uncalled for to make a paying customer move just so he could park by the office and spend all night in his car on a tablet!!

Pros: Location is good. Very closed to the park. It is at the edge of the town but about 10 minutes walk can take you to the downtown central area. Breakfast is good too. Room is spacious.
Cons: Fridge is not clean. Wifi was down for a day but it’s not the hotel’s fault. The internet provider had some issues and it affected the area not just this hotel.

Pros: Location is end of strip next to smoky mountain state park and river view from balcony
Cons: Balcony was full of cobwebs and needed attention.

Cons: Not enough parking available. My daughter and I have health and walking issues so I parked in an undesignated parking place because there were no more spots open. The night manager had another employee make me move so he could park there. He stayed in his car all night on a tablet and not in the office. I thought that was very rude and uncalled for to make a paying customer move just so he could park by the office and spend all night in his car on a tablet!!

Cons: the receptionist was a week old in the job. I asked her to switch my card for payment and she got all confused & had to call someone else. Later, I called to ask for another quilt, and she could not provide any!! I told her that I will come and pick it up.
