free,2 safe, secure and available 24/7—so you can take control of your finances any time, any place. Your check information will be securely transmitted to VACU for deposit. Mobile Deposits are typically posted to your account on the first business day after the day your mobile deposit is received. Processing occurs twice daily, after 9 AM and after 3 PM on business days. Please do not discard or void the original check for 30 days or until the deposit appears on your monthly statement.4 FAQsWith VACU’s Mobile Deposit, you can electronically deposit checks with an iPhone or Android device that has a camera by using our Mobile Banking app. Simply snap photos of the front and back of your endorsed check to make deposits into your VACU account. Only one check at a time is accepted, however you may deposit multiple checks during a single session. Yes. The link between your mobile device and our Mobile Deposit site are encrypted to industry standards. Your scanned check is secure and protected through this link. If the deposit is accepted, funds are usually posted to your account the next business day. Please note that deposit amounts may be adjusted up to 2 business days after a deposit is made. Processing occurs twice daily, after 9 AM and after 3 PM on BUSINESS DAYS. The quickest way to verify your deposit is to go into Online Banking or Mobile Banking and see the deposit credited to your account. With Mobile Deposit, you can deposit a check written for any amount up to $3,500 and you can deposit up to $3,500 per 7 days. After your check is scanned, please store your check in a safe place for 30 days or until the deposit appears on your monthly statement and then securely destroy it. Afterwards, please destroy the check or clearly mark it as "VOID" if you keep it for your records. Be sure the check is not rescanned or deposited elsewhere.
