The app itself seems nice, if it worked. It constantly crashes, it is slow as can be, you can't make payments because it crashes you can't look at your invoices because it crashes and it's been doing this for quite a while now. So in theory it's a wonderful app but in practice it might as well not even exist. 48 people found this review helpful
App will not open without an update, but there is no update! Uninstall and reinstall and still no luck. I see that there are dozens of similar complaints posted below. They need to get it right! I'm fortunate enough to have auto withdrawal for my payments, but many people do not, and depend on the phone app for their financial business. Very poor way to conduct business, they need to call in experts to fix the problem, as seemingly amateurs must be in control. 13 people found this review helpful
The app crashes whenever I try to access the Invoice section. Which I find pretty fishy. Up until about 2-3 months ago I was able to access the invoices with no problem. Also I have been basically harassed with incessant calling from someone to "Talk about my plan" since I was late on my payments. Only by one month at the time. Honestly getting calls at 7am everyday when I am asleep is frustrating. Blocked the number because I was sick of it.
