Check your recent bedtime activity Important: To use this feature, you must use the Digital Wellbeing app. You can view which apps you use during your scheduled bedtime and an estimate of time spent in bed. Time spent in bed is based on when your phone remained motionless in a dark room. For best results, your device should be turned on and in your bedroom during your scheduled bedtime. Check your upcoming events for tomorrow Important: This feature isn’t available for calendars with work or school accounts. To set your alarm before any events on the next day, use the calendar at the bottom of the “Bedtime” tab. You can connect the “Upcoming events” card to your Google Calendar by allowing access to your calendar when you use Bedtime mode. All the calendars you view in Google Calendar will also show in the “Bedtime” tab. Keep your screen dark at bedtime You can prevent your screen from being always on while you're in bedtime mode.
