Since both phones are now using Verizon's service and Verizon does not meet all of my cell phone needs, I will need to move one phone to another cell phone company. Can I add the unused minutes/text/data from the phone that will be leaving TracFone to the phone that will remain with TracFone? Show

Though the process appears simple the only thing I could transfer between my phones was contact information and it duplicated some of that. Would not transfer the majority of my pictures (only had about 25 but they were important to me) and it would not transfer my messages. Got to 4% and just stayed there for hours. Nothing transferred. Said it was retrieving content list, after a while it said it lost wifi connection. Big disappointment. UPDATE: Went to link a few times. Was told to keep on trying. Another time was told to use a 3rd party app. Also asked how to copy a vcf file to new phone; was told it's not our app. I finally figured out how to move contacts to new phone. I've used this twice before with other phones but this last one was horrible. Did not transfer over everything, especially contacts. I lost over 30 and had to manually enter them in using my old phone for reference. The contacts that it did transfer, most of those lost the addresses and notes I entered. Now I'm in the process of manually entering those in as well.

Trying to switch phones. The lg transfer app did not work. I could back up to google drive but there was no option to restore data from drive. Nothing worked. The tracfone representative suggested this app. It basically worked. I was able to transfer my contacts and my photos which was the most important thing. Thank you for an app that works. I spent 48 hours trying to transfer very important information to a new phone after my old phone quit working. It has been a frustrating process with other apps and even working with my mobile provider was a nightmare. I gave your app 4 stars because it took 2 sessions & for me to delete some of the data before I was able to complete the process. Your app is however a life saver. Thank you.
