Functions. The Duo is a 7-in-1 multicooker while the Duo Crisp is an 11-in-1 multicooker. They can both pressure cook, saute, slow cook, and steam, but only the Duo Crisp can sous vide, air fry, roast, bake, broil and dehydrate.
