This was my first purchase of a refurbished tech device. I felt I was taking a chance but Back Market coached me through the process with no stress. Communication was warm, efficient, and timely. I never wondered what was going on. The iPhone 11 Pro Max replaced an iPhone 6s that was almost non functional. The adjustment process was significant but the phone itself is a champ. Financing through Affirm made this purchase possible and Back Market made the whole process easy. The aftermarket support and diagnostics were very useful. I will continue to recommend Back Market to family and friends. Thanks! We were very unhappy with the seller of this product. They used a substandard screen that was not Apple, we don’t even think it was an OLED screen because the blacks were not true black. The phone only lasted a few days before the screen completely stopped working. We couldn’t even turn the phone off. We no longer trust this seller because if they used a substandard screen, what other crappy parts do they use, all to make a quick buck. That is not the way to treat a customer! We were however very satisfied with how Back Market treated us. They are very kind and professional and everything arrived very fast. They also gave us a prompt refund. We also bought another iPhone 11 Pro and an iPhone 11 from Back Market, from different sellers and they are in very good shape, refurbished with what appear to be quality parts. Buying a phone through BackMarket was a great experience. The phone itself is excellent, the screen is an aftermarket one, not Apple, but otherwise no complaints! I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to shop BackMarket again for refurbished electronics. The phone that I ordered came out perfect! 100% Battery Health for that price? Wow, I was astonished! And the cherry on top was that it included a fast charger! I’m in love with this app! Definitely recommend for someone who doesn’t mind the risks of refurbished, but for minor scratches, who wouldn’t want to pay less than it’s retail value just for that? Phone was delivered quickly. There are some small scratches on the screen and border of body frame. Anyway, it's ok for me because i am using a phone case and added a screen protector. Battery health is 87% which is fair to a 3-year-old phone. I have been using this phone for 4 months. Functionalities are working smoothly. Recommend everyone to purchase a refurbished phone here as budget choice. Phone condition should be good or better, excellent. You should not choose fair ones.
I returned this and repurchased another of the same phone from the seller bc my first one was nearly perfect but the speaker was blown. They were super nice and accepted the first one back with no issues. They offered to swap once they received the first one but I didn’t want to wait so I chose just return this one and do a repurchase from the same seller to get my phone sooner. I let them know in a message and they were super responsive and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this refurbisher. Deliver on time quality the product was that stated it was worth the money saved a lot of money by refurbish phones from black market this is my second phone from then happy haven’t had any problems with them.
