What is the Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test?

The Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test is the only pregnancy test that also comes with a weeks indicator, letting you know how many weeks pregnant you are at a glance. The Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test uses clear words to tell you if you are pregnant or not pregnant, so you know your test results right away without having to decode any confusing lines and indicators.

How does this pregnancy test know how many weeks pregnant I am?

The Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test is basically two tests in one! First it tests your urine to see if the pregnancy hormone is present, letting you know if you’re pregnant or not pregnant. Then it tests the strength of the same hormone to tell you how many weeks it has been since you first conceived.

How to use Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test.

If you’re testing early and want an accurate weeks indicator result, use your first urine of the day to do your pregnancy test. Remove your Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test from the foil wrapper and remove the blue cap. Place the absorbent tip of your pregnancy test into your urine stream for 5 seconds only, taking care not to get the rest of the test stick wet. Make sure the test is pointing downwards at all times. Wait for three minutes until the screen of your Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test stops flashing the hour glass symbol and shows your results.

What do my pregnancy test results mean?

When your Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test is complete you will see your pregnancy test results right away, which will display the words “pregnant” or “not pregnant” clearly on the indicator. Your weeks indicator test result may take a little longer to display, but when it does it will display one of three options:

  • 1 – 2: this means you are pregnant and conceived approximately 1 – 2 weeks ago.
  • 2 – 3: this means you are pregnant and conceived approximately 2 – 3 weeks ago.
  • 3+: this means you are pregnant and conceived more than 3 weeks ago.
  • How accurate is the Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test?

The Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test is 99% accurate at detecting whether you are pregnant or not if you use it from the first day of your missed period. The weeks indicator is sensitive enough to be 93% accurate when you test using your first urine of the day. Some medications, such as fertility drugs containing hCG, can affect how accurate your results are, so always speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist if your results aren’t quite what you expected.
