I got my Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber De-Tox Hydra-Gel Eye Patches just a few months ago and here I finished the entire tube! I ended up using this every single night after shower as I enjoy a short 15-minutes quiet time before I do mom-chores! Indeed one of the beauty routine I am looking forward to every single night!

The packaging is like that of a usual eye patch but for some reason I’ve read reviews on how some of their product have “spill” and it happened to me too! It isn’t as “wet” as first use and no matter how much I twist the lid, some product are really coming out! I have the other variant of the PTR Eye Patches and so far they are doing well! I hope this is just a batch that has issue because even with a dryer gel patch, I am loving the Cucumber De-tox so much I find myself reaching out for this every single night! The directions say 2-3 x a week and here I am applying it at least 4-5 x a week! I mean talk about my favorite skincare moment!

I am biased to this product for the fact that it is very easy to use, I can literally apply this on my undereye area and continue to do my household chores and the product sticks well! The gel patch is made really of high quality and I love how “cool” it is even without putting in the fridge.

As for any purpose of “cucumber” for the undereye area, they are used to lessen eye puffiness and I do see some result on that! I do sleep at 3-4am for a week during my son’s school break and I usually see myself suffer when I face the mirror the next day. With PTR Cucumber De-Tox Hydra-Gel Eye Patches I wake up, take a look at myself in the mirror and still see brighter -looking eyes with less puffiness.

Even with faulty packaging, yes, I will still repurchase this considering how much I was looking forward to this every single night. But of course, I’ll give the other variant a try and will update you guys again if I found another favorite.

I ordered the Cucumber De-Tox Hydra-Gel Eye Patches, since they reduce puffiness and brighten dark circles. Two of their main ingredients are glycerin for long-lasting hydration and hyaluronic acid to reduce the appearance of fine lines. And after using these patches for the first time, I was instantly blown away. I left them on for just 10 minutes, and when I took them off, the skin under my eyes was glowy, smooth, and unbelievably soft. In that moment, the gels earned a permanent spot in my morning skincare routine.
