Keys didn’t work, air conditioner was not working. They moved us to another room and tv didn’t work. The only good thing was Natalia who helped us with everything. But the
manager was not to be found not even the following day or by phone. They told she was a new manager, so why take this big responsibility if you can’t have rooms to standards. okay. As soon as you enter In the lobby, you are hit with a strong cigarette odor. Although, they have signs posted all over the place that they are a No smoking facility. The room was not cleaned as it should have been. Bed boards had splattered spots all over them. The floor was disgusting. The carpet was thick of grime.
