Honestly, I ended up dumping this out. Some of the reviews say you can hardly taste it but I disagree. It still had that awful "fishy" taste and seemed like it was masked by trying to drink an orange Fanta with it. After a few days I had to pour the rest out...I tried to mix it with several things including other beverages or yogurt. Still didn't help. I wasted my money. 😕

Amazing Product
I began pursuing the omega a Fish oil for my son who is on the spectrum and non verbal. Too Fishy
I give my children cod liver oil so I thought it would be beneficial for me to take. No matter how much I took this fish oil, I smelled it all day. If it was in my hands, I smelled it. Others around me smelled it. I wish I could send it back. I will not purchase this again.

great taste
I have been looking for a good fish oil for a while. Due to a throat issue, I'm not able to swallow pills so the liquid is a perfect match for me. I blend it up in a glass of orange juice every day. My cholesterol and triglycerides numbers have improved and I am pleased with that!
