How do I check the balance on my EDD card?

Keep track of your debit card payments and balance information by downloading the Bank of America Prepaid Card app from any app store. Payment information is updated daily and is available through your UI Online or SDI Online account or by calling one of the toll-free numbers provided on Contact EDD.

How do I unlock my EDD card?

Using the Mobile Banking app 2 or Online Banking:.
Go to Menu..
Select Manage Debit Card/Credit Card..
Select the card you want to manage..
Toggle to Lock or Unlock under the card image..

What number do I call to activate my EDD card?

Once you receive the debit card in the mail, you must call KeyBank Customer Service at (866) 295-2955 to activate your card. To activate your card, you must choose a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you will enter on the keypad at stores and at ATMs.

Where is my EDD debit card?

If you lost your EDD Debit Card, visit Replace my Card or contact Bank of America at 1-866-692-9374 (TTY: 1-866-656-5913). You do not need to speak to a representative. Choose the “lost or stolen” option in the automated menu. Your new card will arrive 7 to 10 business days from the order date.
