A park fly and sleep. We needed a crash pad upon our return. Cons:Long walk to elevators and carpets make it hard to wheel luggage. Pros:Location. Cons:The beds. The mattress was old and saggy. The box spring had collapsed, so that we each rolled towards the middle of the bed. The lamp shades were torn. The elevator was broken. Awful. Pros:Staff was good Cons:god awful carpeting and other furnishings in the hallways and (to a lesser degree) in the rooms. It looks (and smells) like they haven't updates it since around 1975. It's time. There was a stain on our comforter. Pros:front desk restaurant bar Pros:Location Cons:Rooms and hotel in general are in need of an update. Very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Front desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent that I could not understand a word he said. Got charged $50 for something we did not incur. Listed as a four star hotel on Kayak, which it is not even close to being. (Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, also in Northern VA, is also listed as four stars.) Pros:The room was big enough for a family stay. Cons:The shower door couldn't close, and took forever to fix it. When you flushed the toilet, the water splashed everywhere. Pros:Friendly and helpful staff . Free wifi. Cons:The construction (fence) by the entrance. Wifi can be slow. Pros:Close to the airport. Shuttle goes every 30 min Cons:Nothing. Reasonably priced for one night layover in Washington Pros:Lobby and front entrance is good Cons:Room, Refrigerator is not working they replaced but still it didnt work. No expecting this from 4 start hotel. 13869 Park Center Road, Herndon, VA 20171
