property was the best. the entertainment staff was so fun and so kind all the time. there were constant activities on the beach and by the pool and the entertainment at night was so much fun. the food at the buffet was great - better than any other all exclusive ive been to. The food at the restaurants was even better! I would recommend the Mediterranean and Japanese restaurants (the Japanese was like Benihanas!). & facilities This is my third time staying at this Iberostar resort and maybe for the last time. During covid-19 / year 2021 / there were more tourists than now. There are very few people around the huge pool ... strange. The property is big and nice, but there are things that need to be fixed, such as : 1. The areas around the pool and sunbeds are dirty. The tables under the umbrellas are never cleaned. 2. The grass and gardens around the
blocks are cleaned, but the small pedestrian alleys are not ... dirty. 3. Evening entertainment is a complete disaster. The disco was a total bore ... I lasted only 30 min. 4. There was only one free electrical socket in my room, the second one was in the bathroom where I charged my phone and my wife used the first one. Year 2022 - no USB port... I love September for vacation. In the last 8 years I have never had a problem with mosquitoes in other resorts on the Riviera Maya. But now there were
