I generally do not write product reviews. The product needs to be really horrible or really amazing in order for me to be moved to write a review.The Margaritaville drink mixer falls in the latter of the two categories. This little “frozen heaven delivery system” is way beyond my expectations. Extremely well made and of really good quality. It cranks out frozen drinks at high speed and is only limited by your imagination.Our Margaritaville arrived on a Thursday and we used it through the weekend mixing up our first batch of rum and golden pear creamsicles at 11:00 am Sunday morning…. As someone very famous recently said “Isn’t Happy Hour Anytime?”Do not hesitate to spend the money on this amazing machine.

I shop local.
Now since I couldn't find this in town, I went online, checked the reviews, and decided to purchase from Phil & Fred's Good Stuff. My item was promptly shipped. Unfortunately, the package got redirected en route.
Which is why I prefer to shop local.
I contacted Phil & Fred's and they immediately investigated and shipped me another product with a different delivery service.
I have received my item and am thoroughly enjoying it. Great service & no hassles from Phil & Fred's Good Stuff.
...maybe they can help me find my lost shaker of salt.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. We all have fun making different drink recipes. I really like that this model has a glass pitcher as opposed to a plastic one. I have nothing negative to say about it yet. So far it has been worth the money.

I have loved my machine until parts start breaking on it and there is absolutely nowhere to get replacement parts any longer. I’ve used mine over a period about 2 years maybe 10 times. The site used to sell replacement parts but don’t anymore. I even emailed the company thru their site and never heard a word back. Very expensive machine when you can’t use it. My “collar” at the bottom of the glass pitcher that holds the blade in the jar snapped into when seating the pitcher. My drink poured across the bar and can no longer be replaced. I’m sick over what I paid for the machine. If I could replace parts still I would give full stars. Sadly it’s unusable after only about 10 uses.

Although I enjoy using my Margaritaville Tahiti machine, the pitchers are cheap and leaked after 6 months of use. I can't seem to get replacement pitchers anywhere. When I call the manufacturer directly, I don't really get any answers about when and if replacement pitchers will ever become available. You cannot use the machine without the pitchers. At this point I have a $500 doorstop. Spend the money on a Vitamix. They stand behind their product and it blends better than this machine.

I gave this beauty to my husband for his birthday and he absolutely loves it!!! He's entertained at home with it, and has also packed it up and taken it with him to the party. Everywhere its gone it has been a major hit!! It includes recipes for Ritas, Slides, Colada's, Daiquiris, Smoothies and Coladas. He's also made snow cones, which the grand kids love!! So yeah, it's guaranteed to be an all around crowd pleaser, and without a doubt, worth the money!
It is large and we have a small kitchen with limited counter space, so I bought a beverage cart and a couple metal baskets to hold bottles, and he just rolls that baby wherever the party is, and it's on!!!!!
Only complaint is the cord could be a little longer, and ok, it's a little loud ~ so don't take it to a funeral.

After having this machine for 2 wonderful years, the rotating assembly suddenly stopped working. I now have to manually move the ice chute between jars. It’s of course now out of warranty and I was told I could ship it to Canada for diagnostic at my expense. I’m soo disappointed. This was the centerpiece of any gathering I had for 2 years, now I’m embarrassed to take it out and am always asked why I have to constantly force the ice chute back and forth for it to work. There is apparently no way to take the upper assembly apart other than the ice container to clean the shaving blade. What a bust!

The machine quit working before warranty expired. I contacted company and they reluctantly told me to send unit back, which I did. They never responded. After numerous emails they finally sent apology and said they do not have any info on the return and would I send proof of return. Which I did 3 times. This was sent in January and its now August. Just got another request for proof of shipment. UGH! I just sent proof again. No one to talk to on phone. Anything to avoid sending replacement. I have also filed FTC Consumer Protection Agency complaint.

If you want a thicker drink, then add only 11 ounces and hold the shave-n-blend control button longer. If you want a thinner drink, add 13 ounces of liquid.
