could have been better. It was just a guy sitting in a tent with chairs that had already been reserved. Not sure what what type of “club” that is. The pool was great and the staff were really friendly. One of the best gyms I’ve seen in a hotel too. staff are amazing and friendly. The property however needs work especially the rooms. pool and they had cancelled it due to technical difficulties - my daughter was looking forward to it too -we went to get s’mores kit and there was only 1 left and it cost $32 !!! Outrageously expensive for 4 marshmallows, 4 graham crackers and 2 bars of chocolate. We opened it up only to find that the chocolate was very melted, and the graham crackers were soggy. Disgusting. - we went next to pool area to take a few pictures of the golf course only to be yelled at to leave the area immediately.
We did not understand why as there was no one there but us… and the guy said there was a private event so we had to leave. The private event was inside and not a single person was outside and we said we just wanted to take a few pictures and he said no. - a few of the front desk staff seemed bothered when we asked questions. - bed not comfortable - bathroom towels rough - parking too expensive (40 self parking or 50 valet) Not at all worth the money to stay at this hotel. I rarely write reviews
— so when I do — it means it was either very bad or exceptionally good… in this case as you can see it was very bad. These are just a few of our issues too. 2 nachten verbleven in augustus 2022 |
