When are the travis scott shoes dropping

Travis Scott and Jordan Brand have more in store in 2022 with two new colorways of their collaborative Air Jordan 1 Low.

The sneaker uses a suede Mocha with white leather overlays and Red and Sail accents. Travis’ signature design elements on the collaborative sneaker are featured throughout such as the reverse Swoosh and Cactus Jack branding on the heeltab and insole. Lastly, a Sail midsole and Mocha outsole finish off the sneaker.

UPDATE (7/18/22): The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Reverse Mocha” is rumored to drop on July 21, 2022, per zsneakerheadz. Stay up to date on all Air Jordans with our Jordan Release Dates page and check out the early photos below.

After being revealed at Rolling Loud Miami 2022, we now have a potential release date for the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black/Phantom.” The new colorway is expected to be a follow-up to the recently released “Reverse Mocha” take and rumored to arrive during the holiday season.

The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black/Phantom” features black upper bases accented by contrasting white overlays. Reverse Swooshes appear on the lateral side, while regular Swooshes are placed on the medial. Additional detailing comes in the form of “Cactus Jack” logos on the tongues, “23” embroidery on the rear of the left shoe, and accompanying Wings motifs on the right shoe.

Priced at $150 USD, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black/Phantom” is now expected to release December 15.

Since the tragic events at Astroworld in November 2021, Travis Scott x Nike sneaker launches have had numerous delays. Following this unfortunate event, the previously teased sneakers encountered numerous delays before finally launching earlier in 2022.

The collab's sneaker designs have been making news nonstop since they appeared on the market. The release of the duo's footwear line was keenly anticipated by sneakerheads and followers of the rapper. Travis emphasized muted and earthy tones more than other designs, as evidenced in all of his Nike offerings, including Air Trainer 1, Air Max 1, and Air Jordan 1 Low.

The duo are currently gearing up for the launch of another "Black/Phantom" colorway for Air Jordan 1 Low shoe that will arrive on December 15, 2022.

American rapper Jacques Bermon Webster, popularly known as Travis Scott, is renewing his partnership with Michael Jordan's eponymous label under Nike Inc. The dynamic duo will be releasing an "Olive" makeover of the iconic Air Jordan 1 Low silhouette in women's sizes.

The news of women's Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low "Olive" shoes comes days after the images of the "Black / Phantom" colorway made rounds on popular sneaker pages.

Although Air Jordan 1 Low "Olive" is yet to receive an official release date from the swoosh label, Zsneakerheadz reports that the pair will be released in extended sizing on March 25, 2023, on Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers.

It looks like the forthcoming “Reverse Mocha” Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low won’t be the only sneaker collab on the horizon for the Houston rapper and Jordan Brand.

Fans will reportedly also have the opportunity to cop a “Black/Phantom” iteration of the collaborative sneaker in December, according to @zSneakerheadz on Instagram. At the time of writing, there is no leaked imagery of the collab, but a mock-up photo shared by the leaker account shows that the forthcoming Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low will feature black-based upper, grey overlay panels, and sail hits on the reverse Swoosh and midsole. Standard Cactus Jack branding is expected to be embroidered on the tongue while the face logo appears on the heel.

Per @zSneakerheadz, the “Black/Phantom” Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low is rumored to drop on Dec. 15, but official release details have yet to be announced by either of the parties involved. Check back soon to Sole Collector for official details in the coming months.

From Days Before Rodeo to Astroworld, Travis Scott’s trajectory has been nothing but upwards — every album and single doing well to increase the artist’s cultural significance. But while music continues to be an important tool in expanding his own influence, Scott’s style remains one of the most admired on a global scale, every fan looking to emulate through graphic merchandise or through his number of Jordan and Nike collaborations.

A pivotal point for the young Travis Scott, the release of the removable Swoosh Air Force 1 marked the beginnings of a long and fruitful relationship. While originally not as coveted, the innovative design quickly became a fan favorite not too long after its original release in 2017. Even inline Nike releases began to borrow from the collaborative silhouette, cementing the modular motif as something overwhelmingly noteworthy. A Sail variant followed not long thereafter, ushering in a second coming that was relatively the same in likeness.

In 2018, Travis released his very first silhouette with Jordan Brand, an Air Jordan 4 that was encased in the artist’s “Cactus Jack” themes. While not outwardly coveted on its outset, the pair is currently of high value on the resale market, though it still holds no candles to its far more elusive Purple and Mocha samples. Jordan 33s followed shortly after and were greeted with little response, but it may have made the following Air Jordan 1 that much more notable. Replete with a characteristic earth tone colorway, the reverse swoosh AJ1 was divisive at first, but fans and sneakerheads alike now vehemently consider the offering to be one of the best of all-time.

Air Jordan 1 Lows and Air Jordan 6s came quickly to an equal if not marginally lesser reception, each a fast sell-out on their respective dates. The patchworked Air Force 1 was another eccentric fare, and it opened with an intimate vignette into Scott’s childhood. But while the aforementioned hold their own merit, La Flame’s Nike SB Dunk Low stole the public’s attention, ushering in a chaotic pattern heavy design that featured a removable outer layer. While the hype carried over to the Air Max 270, the runner has yet to come close to its value.

In 2022, Travis Scott and Nike are set to release a multitude of models including the Air Max 1, Air Trainer 1, and Air Jordan 1 Low.

Travis Scott collaborations generally release on Nike SNKRS, but a few have made their way to his TravisScott.com as well as skate shops and select boutiques.
