“Book this NOW!!!” We had an amazing time in PCB! Mrs. Susan was excellent checking in to ensure we had everything we needed & to fix any issues if they were to arise but nothing did, everything was perfect! We had 3 adults & 5 kids (8-13 yrs. old), & were all very comfortable. Let me say this, if you're looking for the Ritz Carlton, this ain't it! But...this is ABSOLUTELY the BEST value for your money! If you're a high maintenance type of person who likes glitz & glam, spend the extra thousands of dollars to stay at a resort on the beach, but if you're like us, this was the perfect place for us! I can't stop saying how perfect it was. Ok, now let's talk about our trip...we went for Memorial Day weekend so traffic was a little crazy but the best part about this property is that it's super close to EVERYTHING! Not only is everything close, everything you need is already at the house for you. I was very surprised at the amount of utensils, pots, pans, linens, etc. There was even a dog crate & food/water bowl there if you wanted to bring your puppy with you with I thought was an awesome touch. There's also a gas grill for you to use with a patio table & 6 chairs in the back yard. The kids enjoyed playing ball in the yard when we were just hanging around the house. We even had a few instances where the ball went over the neighbor's fence...he was super nice & understanding when retrieving the ball. With that being said...as other reviews have stated, the neighborhood is shady, BUT the entire 5 days we were there, not once did anyone mess with anything or bother us. It's a gated property, so we were comfortable with the security. And like I kept reminding my wife, the property has cameras around the outside that would catch any wrongdoers were anything to happen. All in all, we immensely enjoyed our stay & cannot say enough good things about it. It was comfortable & felt more like home to us than staying in a hotel & for the amount of people in our group, we would've easily spent 4-5 times as much anywhere else. If your thinking about a vacation in PCB, BOOK THIS NOW!!! It will not last long! We can't wait to go back & hope that Mrs. Susan will consider letting us stay in her home again. Thanks Mrs. Susan!

“Enjoyed every minute” The condo was updated and clean. Owner was prompt in answering all inquiries. The view was spectacular and the beach was at our back door!. Restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The condominium had trendy stainless steel appliances and I loved the backsplash and kitchen cabinets. The sofa was new and comfortable! The swimming pool was always very clean and just the right size. The maintenance man was always very polite and kept the area around the condos clean. It was a perfect vacation! The only thing that would have made it better would have been for it to have lasted longer!
