This camp is 5 days per week for 1.5 hours. We will emphasize and focus on skills such as fundamentals, dribbling, ball handling, screens, shooting, footwork, balance, conditioning, and game day preparation. Our GoalOur goal is to provide intense, high quality to training so that your child is a better athlete in their specific sport. Our Speed & Agility camp is ONLY $75 per week for 2 main reasons.
With our camps you are able to Location - Middle GAWe are conveniently located Byron/Warner Robins GA., giving us the ability to be able to serve all of Macon, Byron, Warner Robins, Kathleen, Fort Valley, & More. We are ONLY 10-15 minutes from most locations. What to bringBasketball campers will provided with most items for camp. water bottle. Campers are asked to bring a water bottle. Speed, Agility & Conditioning Camp InformationCoed - Ages 7-18Our training sessions are for both boys & girl athletes. Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience. We will hold 2 sessions. Ages 7-11 and Ages 12-18. Cost$75 per week for 1.5 hrs per day. Sign up for just 1 week or as many weeks as you desire. Dates & TimesEach Session is 1 week. Monday – Friday for half day. Sign up for multiple sessions. Choose either a morning or evening session.

Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience. Campers can only be dropped off 15 minutes before start time. Unfortunately we do not have before or after hour services. All athletes must be picked up within 15 minutes after the end of session. A late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be accessed. We have multiple camps running and we must ensure the safety of your child and other children at the camp. If your athlete is involved in outdoor camp and inclement weather occurs then we will go inside of the gym to continue our training. There are no refunds. Please talk with the camp director if an emergency situation occurs. Your child MAYBE rescheduled to another session if there is availability. This is determine at the discretion of the director. All campers must bring a soccer ball, soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes and a water bottle.
